This is the clue, part of the annual festivities at Santa Fe’s New Mexico Museum of Art today. This event is built around Gustav Bauman’s magical marionettes, copies of which are brought out every Christmas to do a show. Freckles (pictured) is one of the feisty duendes. There’s a treasure hunt around the museum too, and this is Freckles’ hiding place, on a very shiny Harley Davidson which is part of the permanent display at the museum. It’s a great day!
