This week’s realtor tour was in the ever-popular north and east side. Highlights for me were a stunning craftsman home (pictured, $1.1 million) and another home on Upr Canyon Road that was almost $4 million and is now under $2 million – beautiful contemporary interior, traditional adobe exterior. Great properties in Santa Fe at the moment!

Today marks the birth of evolve real estate Santa Fe, my new real estate company. If not now, when, right? We have a philosophy that’s basically, it’s not your grandpa’s real estate market any more, and it’s time you had a realtor who got that.
